Balipatna-Electrician has been hit by a power outage while repairing 11 kV power without a shutdown on Banamalipur Cinema Hall Street under the Balipatna police station.According to reports, the victim was identified as Swapnajit Sadangi of Narisho under the police station.
The leg was slipped in the transformer's angel while being electrocuted. About 30 minutes after the injury, he was rescued by locals and rushed to Balipatna Group Health Center in a critical condition by 108 ambulances. The condition has worsened and he has been transferred to the Capital Hospital.The general question here is how 11KV without a shutdown would work.
